Heaven is filled with the essences of all: love, joy, light, truth, and all that is good and wonderful. All that comes to earth is made of the love of heaven. Even if a being does not remember this truth, it remains a truth. Heaven is made of love which in heaven is expressed as light. Light is conscious. It exists as particles of all, yet it also flows. It is both particle and flowing as surely as I am both a teacher and a sister-- even though at any given moment I may be expressing myself either as a teacher or a sister, but I am always both—and so light is always both particle and flowing. For love to be “alive” it must flow. If we are not flowing love, we are not living life to the fullest. We can choose to flow love or not. This is part of free will. Each time we make the most love-filled and love-flowing choice, we shift our vibration closer to the vibration of our essence, our heaven vibration, and this feels good because this is our true state. Each time we choose a less-loving, less-light, lower-vibration option, we move away from our essence and that feels less good. If we send love to everyone, everything changes. Not only does it raise our own frequency so that we literally go up higher and can transcend our problems. Beyond that, because we are all truly ONE, when we raise our own individual vibration, we raise the vibration of ALL. Because of this, what you think and HOW you do the things you are doing really does make a difference. Fear is a false truth that does not exist in heaven. Love shifts fear to a higher vibration in the same way light shines into darkness and it is gone. These two (fear and darkness) are the same. One is the emotional aspect and the other is the visual aspect of a lack of love. Love is all that exists. If we see other things than love, they are false truths that are merely appearing real in the way my abyss appeared very real to me for many years—yet it was only a false truth. If we flow love, false truths will fall away. There is an unlimited supply of love in heaven. If we joyfully give all the love inside our souls, it will create a vacuum of love within us. Into this vacuum, if we invite it, love from heaven will flow so that we will never run out of love. We will always have more love to give because when we give joyfully, we will be refilled from heaven. I learned that when we think a thought, in that instant it IS. This is true in heaven (immediately) and it is true on earth as well (although here there is a delay in its physical arrival). I learned we are all our individual selves but we are also all part of the larger whole. To say that we are not connected to each other is like saying one part of the sky is not connected to another part of the sky. It is one sky. There are different clouds in the sky, but they are all a part of the sky, are they not? In the same way, we are all part of God. We are one. I learned that love is an energy and we are all made from this energy, the energy of love. Love cannot be held. It can only be flowed. And because we are made of love and love must be given, we must give in order to fully live. To give love is to flow it outwards from ourselves without any regard for whether or not it will ever return back to us, giving joyfully and completely the way water flows in the falls at Niagara. If we live this way, all of our cells will fill with light and our lives will be healthy in every way. The key to living a happy, healthy, fulfilling life is to give love. I learned that the closest we can get to heavenly communication while on earth is sending love/light. Love is the fabric of all. Love is bigger than any problem and the ultimate answer to any problem is to send love to it. That is what the perspective from heaven ultimately allows us to see. It is all love: all of it. We are all love: all of us. Love is the beginning, the essence, the answer to all of the questions. Love is all.

She loves writing, running and teaching English as well as coaching individuals and speaking to groups about her visit to heaven, what she learned there, and how what she learned can be applied in simple steps to anyone's life if there is a willingness to do so. She regularly speaks to those in hospice, those who have recently had loved ones pass away, and anyone interested in how to live life more joyfully. Leslie Lott McAlpin does a fabulous job bringing an ethereal near-death spiritual experience down to earth. Her language is rich with analogies that help you get exactly what she's describing. Nicely written!

I am so deeply touched by this book and its contents that writing a review seems a feeble attempt to rate a book that defines everything we need to know while we are here in our earth bodies... Leslie takes us through her journey to Heaven and her time spent in the arms of God. She received answers to all the hard questions we spend lifetimes trying to answer and come to terms with....and it is all so simple: LOVE big in everything! Shine your God-light on and through every person, every situation, everything that you encounter and your whole world will change. You will be perfectly aligned with heaven...
This book causes you to look beyond religious philosophy and doctrines to the true essence of God. Leslie provides practical advice on how to flow love and light to every corner of your life, how to BE in this life, and how to fully in in a world that is perplexing! How to turn the up and down, emotional roller coaster ride we call life into a fun, adventurous life of wonder! A fantastic read!!
