About the Author
MICHAEL REED GACH, Ph.D., is the founder and director of the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, California. The Acupressure Institute, established in 1976, offers classes as well as a state approved Acupressure Training Program. Michael has taught acupressure and yoga for more than thirty years. He developed Acu-Yoga, a practical method for relieving tension and achieving greater health and happiness. Michael conducts classes and seminars both in the U.S. and abroad. He is currently teaching acupressure and stress reduction workshops throughout the San Francisco Bay Aria in schools, hospitals, colleges, corporations, and governmental agencies.
CAROLYN MARCO MATZKIN has been involved in the holistic health field for over 30 years. She is currently a psychotherapist living in New Jersey.

Great Book! I have given copies to family members

Great Book! I have given copies to family members, too. Doing these exercises daily has eliminated anxiety and kept me feeling strong and clear headed! I would recommend this for anyone who wants to improve their life and will do 15-30 minutes of exercises a day to do so!

Headaches, sciatica to depression, best way to get the most from your body. You can go to the doctor or LMT and spend a lot of $$, or you can do the yoga in this book. Use the index to find your solution. Love it, bought many copies for family and friends.

Acu-Yoga

Acu Yoga is a wonderful self help book. It has various flows of AcuYoga to keep you tuned up. You can also pick and choose from the many offererings. The index is very useful to look up a certain health issue and find easy to use help.
You can use the book as stand alone guidance for movement or integrate it into a yoga or other practice, or as self help as needed. I found this book because my yoga teacher liked to use it to mix things into the class that were of help to certain health issues.
Illustrations are very clearly done black & white photos, with good verbal descriptions
